On Tuesday night, a big blockbuster trade occurred. The Cleveland Cavaliers traded Kyrie Irving to the Celtics for Isaiah Thomas, Jae Crowder, Ante Zizic, and the Brooklyn Nets first round pick in 2018. What? Kyrie Irving is a 25 year old PG who takes 20 shots per game. Some people say that he has the best handles in the league, and he has a nice shake n’ bake, but he is just not a very good asset to a team that already has Gordon Hayward, Al Horford, Marcus Smart, Jayson Tatum, and Jaylen Brown. Before this trade, the Celtics also had Jae Crowder, Isaiah Thomas, and possessed the 76ers first round pick (the fourth worst in the league this year), and the Nets first round pick (the worst in the league this year). This team was looking like a dynasty, but then this happened. If I didn’t know that you were supposed to win in sports, I would’ve thought that this trade was organized by the league to make the Celtics worse and the league fair.

I think that the Cavaliers came on top in this trade for sure. But what are your thoughts? Comment what you think.
