The Chiefs have signed journeyman C.J. Spiller. This will be his 5th team in the past three years. He has had his best success on the Bills, back in 2012, when he rushed for 1,244 yards and also scored 8 touchdowns. He has been a reliable punt returner, but on the Chiefs he will likely not get a lot of return time because of up-and-coming RB/WR Tyreek Hill. He might get time at running back as Spencer Ware is having injury problems and Jamaal Charles is not getting many handoffs. Spiller can be a good third-down and goal line back for the Chiefs, joining Charcandrick West at those roles. He can also be a first-down back as he averages 4.9 yards per carry in his career. He is also dangerously fast, as his 40 yard dash time was 4.37. Spiller is a fast player who I think will do very well with the Chiefs.
